EE4 Conference

The fourth Education Everywhere (EE4) conference is a dynamic whole-day event, available in-person and online, for teachers, educational leaders, and academics from Thailand, Myanmar, and beyond. Educators will gather to inspire one another, creating effective teaching and learning environments in low-resource and emergency settings.

EE4 brings together diverse stakeholders to share innovative best practices, engage in collaborative learning, and build meaningful networks.

Participants can join four presentation formats—research presentations, participatory discussions, skill-building workshops, and networking events—under various themes, with sessions available in Burmese and English.

Conference Themes:

1. Teachers for Teachers

Teachers are at the forefront of education. Teachers for teachers explores how teachers, facing complex social and political challenges, can expand their skills and collaborate on practical solutions to create engaging, effective classrooms. Topics include teacher voice, classroom management, pedagogy, and professional development.

2. Integrating Wellbeing

With busy work schedules, we often overlook the foundational role of our wellbeing. Integrating Wellbeing highlights the connection between personal wellbeing and work performance, emphasizing practices like stress management, mindfulness, and self-care to create a supportive, balanced, and productive environment.

3. EdTech and Online Learning

This theme focuses on expanding access to quality education through technology, especially for remote and low-resource areas, while equipping learners with essential digital skills for the modern workplace. Topics include mobile learning, AI in education, digital literacy, and data privacy.

4. Research in Education and Emergency

This theme focuses on evidence-based strategies to sustain quality education in crisis settings by using local knowledge and addressing ethical considerations to empower communities and strengthen resilience. Key topics include resilience, multilingual education, community empowerment, research ethics in emergency contexts and more.

5. Education Everywhere: Future Directions

This envisions adaptive, inclusive, and innovative educational pathways to make education accessible for all, regardless of circumstance. This theme brings stakeholders together to explore inclusive education, lifelong learning, and flexible learning programs that address diverse learner needs and emerging opportunities.
